1. Operator and contact

FootProb is operated by BAMSTORE VENTURES SL, CIF B70997440, at Carrer del Bruc 21, 4-3, 08010 Barcelona, Spain. You can contact us at footprob@gmail.com.

2. The service

FootProb provides pre-match football statistical analysis, probability estimates, projected scores and match scenarios for information and entertainment. V0 analyses are prepared and reviewed from available data. Features, competitions and coverage may change.

FootProb is not a bookmaker or betting operator, does not accept bets and does not arrange betting transactions.

3. Predictions and your decisions

Football is uncertain. Every probability, score projection, confidence value and scenario is an estimate, not a fact or promise. We do not guarantee accuracy, a match outcome, a financial return or gambling profit.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you. FootProb is not financial, investment or betting advice.

4. Accounts

You must provide an email address you control, keep access to it secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must be at least 18 to buy a subscription. The service is for personal consumer use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Starter costs £8.99 per month, Pro costs £19.99 per month and Pro Yearly costs £99 per year, unless a clearly displayed promotion applies. These are recurring subscriptions.

Whop processes checkout and payment. The plan, billing period and final price displayed in checkout are authoritative. Applicable taxes are included in or shown as part of the final total before payment. If checkout differs from the FootProb plan page, do not pay and contact us.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel through your Whop membership settings or ask us for help at footprob@gmail.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless applicable law, a refund decision or the checkout terms say otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

7. UK consumer rights, digital service and refunds

If you are a UK consumer, your statutory rights relating to digital content and digital services remain applicable where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

The service can begin immediately after payment so that you can access the purchased digital analysis. Any cancellation or withdrawal right depends on the nature of the digital supply, when performance begins and any request, consent or acknowledgement made at checkout. We do not use these terms to create a blanket exclusion of refunds or consumer rights.

To ask about a statutory withdrawal, refund or service problem, contact footprob@gmail.com with your account email and purchase details. Whop may administer the payment or refund. Each request will be assessed under applicable UK law and the checkout terms.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• scrape, copy, resell or commercially redistribute analyses without permission
• bypass access controls, quotas or payment requirements
• probe, disrupt or misuse the service or another user’s account
• use the service unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights

9. Intellectual property

FootProb, its design, software, analysis presentation and original content belong to BAMSTORE VENTURES SL or its licensors. Club and competition names and crests belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify fixtures. No affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Fixtures may move and data may become stale. We may correct, expire, suspend or withdraw an analysis where reasonably necessary for accuracy, security, maintenance or legal compliance.

We may update these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required by law.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on a prediction as a certainty, betting losses, indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

12. Law and disputes

BAMSTORE VENTURES SL is established in Spain. Spanish law applies to these terms, but this does not remove mandatory UK consumer protections or court rights available to a UK customer. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue promptly.
