Privacy Policy

1. Controller

BAMSTORE VENTURES SL, CIF B70997440, is the controller for FootProb account and product-use data. Our address is Carrer del Bruc 21, 4-3, 08010 Barcelona, Spain. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to footprob@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use FootProb, we process:

  • your email address, user identifier and authentication events
  • selected fixtures, analysis requests, history and usage counts
  • subscription status, plan and Whop customer or membership identifiers
  • technical, security and error information such as timestamps, device or browser data and request logs
  • cookie or analytics choices and limited product events, but only when the relevant optional tool is enabled and consent is required and given

3. Why we use data and legal bases

We use personal data only where we have a lawful basis:

  • contract: to sign you in, deliver analyses, process subscriptions and provide support
  • legitimate interests: to secure, debug and improve the service, prevent abuse and understand essential operational performance
  • legal obligation: to keep records and comply with tax, accounting, consumer and regulatory duties
  • consent: for non-essential analytics or advertising technologies where consent is required

4. Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and application data, Whop for checkout, payment and subscription processing, Resend for transactional authentication email, and Vercel for hosting and delivery. They process data under their own terms and our arrangements with them.

Meta Pixel and Whop Pixel are used for advertising measurement only after Marketing consent. They may process page visits, referral or campaign data, and limited browser or device identifiers to attribute visits and purchases. PostHog analytics remains conditional on its separate configuration and the relevant consent.

5. Payments

Payment details are collected and processed by Whop and its payment providers. FootProb does not directly store your full card number or card security code. We receive identifiers and status information needed to match a payment or membership to your FootProb account and provide access.

6. Cookies and local storage

Necessary browser storage supports authentication, checkout security, session continuity and restoring the match you selected. Optional analytics or marketing storage is used only when enabled and permitted by your choice. Read the Cookie Policy for details and controls.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Spain, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where data-protection law requires it, transfers must use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. Provider privacy notices explain their locations and safeguards in more detail.

8. Retention

We keep account, subscription and analysis data only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Security logs are kept for a proportionate period. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.

9. Rights of UK users

Under UK data-protection law, you may have the following rights where they apply to the circumstances of our processing:

  • access to your personal data
  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • deletion of data in applicable circumstances
  • restriction of certain processing
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interests
  • portability of data you provided in an applicable electronic format
  • withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing
  • a complaint to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office

10. Exercising your rights and UK representation

Send privacy requests to footprob@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may ask for information needed to locate your account. Not every right applies in every situation, and lawful exemptions may apply.

BAMSTORE VENTURES SL is established in Spain and does not claim in this notice to have an appointed UK representative. If UK law requires a representative for FootProb’s activities, the representative’s verified details will be provided in this notice and made accessible to UK users.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where UK law applies. EU users may also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency or their local supervisory authority.

11. Security and updates

We use access controls and service-provider security measures appropriate to the V0 service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this policy when our data use or providers materially change.
