Plans and billing
Starter is £8.99 per month and renews monthly. Pro is £19.99 per month and renews monthly. Pro Yearly is £99 per year and renews yearly. Each is a paid recurring subscription until cancelled. The final checkout displays the selected plan, renewal frequency, total due and applicable tax before you confirm payment.
Automatic renewal
Your plan renews automatically at the displayed price and frequency until cancelled. The final payment action in Whop creates the paid subscription. A price change will be communicated as required by applicable law.
A. Cancelling future subscription renewal
You can cancel the next and later renewals through the membership or subscription settings in your Whop account. Cancel before the next renewal date. If you cannot access those settings, email footprob@gmail.com from your FootProb account email for support.
Cancelling stops future renewal charges. It does not normally end the period already paid for, so access continues until the end of that paid period where applicable. A refund, charge reversal or legal requirement may change when access ends.
B. Statutory withdrawal, refund and service rights
Cancelling future renewal is separate from any statutory right you may have to withdraw from a contract, request a refund or obtain a remedy when digital content or a digital service does not meet legal requirements.
Under UK law, whether a withdrawal or cancellation right applies can depend on the nature of the digital supply, when performance begins and any request, consent or acknowledgement made at checkout. Nothing on this page excludes statutory UK consumer rights or creates a blanket no-refund rule.
To raise a statutory withdrawal, refund or service-quality request, email footprob@gmail.com with your name, FootProb account email, order date and a clear explanation of the request. It will be assessed separately from cancellation of future renewal.
Failed payments
A failed, reversed or expired payment may pause or remove paid access. FootProb unlocks paid features only after verified subscription entitlement.
